Off-Site Pop Up

We are often asked if we offer off-site services for parties and events and we are happy to say that we do!

These are by reservation only with a minimum one month advance booking with a non-refundable retainer paid upon booking.

Rates

We have a standard rate of $350 per hour for a single piercer on duty, with a minimum event cost of $1050.
For two piercers working the event the hourly rate goes up to $500 and a minimum event cost of $1500.

THIS PRICING DOES NOT INCLUDE JEWELRY.


Final cost of your event will depend on the length of time and also jewelry purchased.

One piercer can do roughly 4-6 clients per hour as long as paperwork and jewelry selection is taken care of in a timely manner.
If it is a large event, with many expected clients, this would require an assistant to accompany the piercer, which would be an additional $50 per hour.

For off site events more than 30 minutes drive from Nashville, or to book us for out of state events, additional travel costs will be added to your total once discussed and approved and these costs will be included in the non-refundable retainer.

Jewelry

Our jewelry runs from a base retail price of $130 per piece and goes up from there. Everything we carry is solid 14k or 18k gold. We can offer lower wholesale pricing if bulk ordering through us. 
If you are bulk ordering jewelry with us for your event, we would need a month minimum to place our order with the proper manufacturer to have it arrive on time for your event.


If you are planning on having clients pierced with another brand of jewelry, this is something that we would need to inspect and approve prior to the event. We ONLY use pieces that meet certain requirements to be used in a fresh piercing.

Space Requirements

For any event we would need close access to a hand wash sink, space for a massage table, and space to set up our tools and sterilization equipment.
We would need access to the space an hour prior to the event start in order to set up.

We also NEED advance notice to apply for  an event license through the health department in order to offer off-site services.

The most important factors for pop-ups are that everyone is 18+, has a VALID government issued ID, and is not pregnant or breastfeeding.
We do not pierce minors off site.
